FERMATOR is a family-owned company founded in Reus city in Spain in 1977 in order to meet the door needs of the elevator sector. Its founder is an engineer who saw the emerging need for elevator doors in the sector after he graduated from university and founded one of the world’s first production facilities in this field.
Fermator Group is the biggest automatic elevator door producer in the world and its doors are used in light, mid and heavy traffic elevators and in all types of offices, houses, airports, hotels and public buildings.

The automatic doors produced by Fermator comply with many international standards such as EN 81-1/2, ASME A17.1-2000 and fire regulation requirements EN 81-58 and UL 10B. Also, the relevant Fermator products are manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the new regulations such as EN 81-20/50 before such regulations come into effect.

FERMATOR has been participating in Asansör Istanbul ever since the first edition of the fair and is currently preparing to gather its customers to guide them through its new technologies and products in the automatic door sector.
