- Organizing panel sessions dedicated to sustainability to raise awareness during Asansör İstanbul

- Reducing our event’s carbon emissions

- Reducing the amount of printed material used in marketing
- Using lighting products that are LED equipment
- Allocating a badge recycling box at the exit and promoting our visitors and exhibitors to throw their badges there to be recycled
- Using venue carpet made from recycled materials
- Conducting our visitor surveys online and via tablets to reduce paper usage
- Providing free shuttle services to encourage public transportation
- Promoting our exhibitors to move away from disposable stands and raising awareness about Better Stands that is an Informa wide programme aiming to ensure that all core elements of exhibitor stands are reusable

As a part of our continued commitment to the sustainability of our event, 100% of the electricity used within the venue is generated from a renewable origin. This results in our electricity use being carbon neutral, minimising the creation of CO2, and therefore significantly reducing our carbon impact.
Continuous Improvement: Implementing Better Stands
Asansör İstanbul is committed to running sustainable, socially responsible event that has a limited impact on the environment. Based on that commitment, Asansör İstanbul promotes its exhibitors to move away from disposable stands. Better Stands is an Informa wide programme aiming to ensure that all core elements of exhibitor stands are reusable.
